What repair and replacement can include
Depending on the surface, work may involve removing damaged tile, preparing the area, and setting replacement tile and grout. In larger cases, replacing a section or the whole surface is the better path.
Whether a repair makes sense depends on what we find, so we start with questions and photos before promising a result.
Matching depends on spare tile
Matching is conditional. If you have spare tile from the original installation, we can often use it. If you do not, an exact match may not be available, especially for discontinued or older tile.
When no match exists, we can talk about alternatives such as a nearby tile choice or replacing a larger area so the result looks consistent.
We review the underlying cause
Cracks, hollow sounds, and lifting tile can come from movement, moisture, or poor preparation. Replacing tile without understanding why it failed risks repeating the problem.
If water is involved, we want to understand where it is coming from. Some situations need other trades or a larger scope before tile goes back.
What to expect when you call
We cannot promise every small job will fit our schedule, and we do not advertise a minimum or urgent repair service. Tell us what is damaged, how large the area is, and whether you have spare tile, and we will say whether we can help.
Photos of the damage and the surrounding area make the first conversation more useful. Demolition and replacement of whole surfaces is also available when repair is not the right answer.
