Review the actual stone before choosing a layout
Marble varies in tone, veining, thickness, and edge finish. Review several pieces from the available material and agree on direction, distribution, cuts, and focal views. A small sample cannot promise the appearance of the complete installation.
Match preparation and setting materials to the stone
The surface must suit the selected tile and its room use. Moisture sensitivity, stone backing, mortar color, grout compatibility, and edge treatments need product specific review. Follow applicable product instructions rather than treating every natural stone as porcelain.
What to send for a marble tile estimate
Share whether this is a floor or wall, dimensions, stone product details, finish and thickness, wide photos, and removal needs. Explain adjoining finishes and any wet area use so preparation and transitions can be discussed.
